We had artichokes tonite for dinner! I steamed them, added garlic salt and lemon to the water. Cameron said they were the best artichokes he ever ate! LOL! I am going to have to grow some next year. They were $3.49 EACH at the store! DOH!

They are certainly pretty, but I've never developed a taste for artichokes. Don't know why.
