I didn't know there's a naval air station on Widbey! Makes sense though considering where you are in relation to the U.S. and the rest of the world.
I was stationed at a Naval Air Station in the mid-50s. We had planes in front of the base, also. They were, if I recall correctly, F9Fs from the Korean War.Nice shot. Did you check out any of the sailors?
