this mural is at Tulip Town in Mount Vernon open during the Tulip festival in April. It shows the tulips in the fields and the canals in Holland which transport the tulips.
Nice representation of dutch tulip fields. Only the trees looks a little to much on italian trees instead of the dutch ones but that can also have to do with the way they are placed in the landscape.Nice one.

ReplyDeleteI wish I could go to holland to see the tulip field there. This mural reminds me so much of what I wish I could see.
ReplyDeleteThis is one of the most gorgeous murals I've ever seen. Love the perspective, the colors of the flowers, the canal ... it's about perfect!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delight! Tom The Backroads Traveller
ReplyDeleteWhat a great way to announce the Tulip Festival. Will it stay up long? Thanks for contributing to this week's Monday Mural.
