Can't make up it's mind---Sun? Rain? Nothing?

My Tulips

It has rained so much this past month--wettest March in history.  Our plants are started to bloom.  the Tulips are all budded but with no sunshine I didn't think they would ever open.  Well we woke up to torrential rains but by afternoon the sun came out and YIPPEE a couple buds opened up.  We planted over 200 bulbs of all colors.  This is just the start.

Flower in the rain

This has been the wettest March in history in wet Western Washington.  I will attest to that.  The poor flowers are trying their best to bloom and stay afloat for a bit.
